- - Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday.
- - No Deliveries: Sundays and Mercantile Holidays.
- - Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
Delivery Timeframe
- - Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days from product availability.
- - Delays: While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or supply chain issues may cause delays. If this happens, we will notify you and ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.
Order Tracking & Support
- - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Refund & Return

a. Return Eligibility
- - Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- - No Deliveries: Sundays and Mercantile Holidays.
- - Products that are perishable, personal care items, or opened food and beverages are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
b. Non-Eligible Returns
- - Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- - Items returned without the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- - Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
c. Refund Process
- - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your return.
- - If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- - Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- - In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
d. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- - If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- - Provide clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.
- - Upon validation, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
e. Exchange Policy
- - Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval by our support team.
- - Only items of equal or lesser value are eligible for exchange; any price difference must be settled prior to dispatch.
